Deliveries

Delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.
We also try to ship specific tailor-made products as soon as possible, however, please allow about five extra working days here.

  • FRANCE (EXCLUDING ANDORRA, INCLUDING MONACO AND CORSICA) €22.50 (incl. 20% VAT)
  • GREAT BRITAIN €22.50 (incl. 0% VAT)
  • ITALY (EXCLUDING SAN MARINO AND VAT) €20.00 (incl. 22% VAT)
  • LUXEMBOURG €20.50 (incl. 17% VAT)

To ensure our delivery time, we work with Belgium's most efficient shipping partners, namely:
DHL, BPOST, POST NL and DPD

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday.

Return policy

If the size or colour of your item is not right, you can exchange it within 14 days. Exchanges will take place on a shared postage basis. That means; you send the article to be exchanged back to Gozz4all at your expense and we will send you a new article at our expense.

Shipping costs of the return are at your expense.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a voucher from us for the amount you had purchased for. This means that we do not transfer money back to you but instead you will receive a voucher. This can only be redeemed via e-mail. You send an e-mail to us containing your order and your voucher. 

If you, the customer, receive a different product than the one you ordered, the cost of returning is for Gozz4all and we will send you the correct item at no cost.

Naturally, items must be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains. Items with stains cannot be returned.

We ask at all times, before returning or exchanging an item, to contact us in advance by e-mail. Please include the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations.

Items will not be taken back or exchanged if:

  • Tailor-made clothing 
  • Care products and swimwear are never returned for hygienic reasons
  • Sale items
  • Clothing that has already been worn or washed 
  • Clothing in which your child or patient's name is written or sewn
  • Clothing you have tried to adjust yourself
  • Clothing with any original packaging or label missing
  • Clothing for which you do not notify your return by e-mail in advance
  • Items on sale 
  • Anti-tear clothing
