Description
This reinforced coveralls with Cordura has been developed for children, young people and adults who require extra-strong, adapted clothing, whilst ensuring that comfort and freedom of movement remain equally important.
The soft mint colour is combined with a black Cordura reinforcement at the top. This not only gives the coverall extra strength, but also a modern look that is deliberately less reminiscent of traditional healthcare clothing.
Ordinary stretch fabric may not be strong enough to withstand intense pulling, tugging or tearing. That is why the upper section of this version has been reinforced with Cordura.
We deliberately choose not to automatically opt for a garment made entirely from heavy fabric. Because to reinforce only the vulnerable area, the other parts can remain more flexible.
This helps to maintain a good balance between protection and everyday comfort.
The coveralls are fitted with a long zip fastening at the back. This position makes it more difficult for the wearer to open the coverall on their own.
This can provide additional support in cases of unwanted undressing, self-harming behaviour or when someone regularly tries to gain access to incontinence products.
At the top, the zip is finished with a protective flap for a neat and comfortable finish.
This version is sleeveless and has short trouser legs. This minimises the amount of fabric around the arms and legs, giving the wearer plenty of freedom of movement.
The garment can be worn on its own as tailored clothing, but its shape also makes it suitable as protective undergarments worn under everyday clothes.
With GOZZ, the standard version doesn’t always have to be the end of the line. Depending on the care situation, various additional options can be selected.
Possible changes include:
This means that the same basic Hansop can be adapted to different care situations and to the practical needs of both the wearer and the carer.
This reinforced coverall may be considered, amongst other things, for people with:
Which version is most suitable depends on the wearer’s behaviour, mobility and individual care needs.
A good fit is particularly important for adapted clothing. A jumpsuit that is too short can pull uncomfortably between the legs when sitting or moving.
So please use our Hansop short-sleeved & short-trouser size chart and, as well as checking your bust and waist measurements, also carefully check the fuselage length.
Are you unsure between two sizes? If so, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Because we manufacture our own clothing, we can look beyond just size and colour. For example, someone who needs an opening for a feeding tube has different requirements for their clothing to someone who primarily needs extra protection against picking.
That is why we try to tailor the implementation as closely as possible to the actual day-to-day situation.
This coverall is manufactured in the our own GOZZ workshop in Belgium. There, we combine our experience with adapted clothing with the practical questions we receive from wearers, families and carers.
The result must not only be strong and functional. Above all, the person wearing the coverall must be able to move, sit and go about their daily life comfortably whilst wearing it.
