Hansop base layer, short-sleeved & short-legged \u2013 Dachshund<\/h1>\n

Functional clothing can certainly have a bit of character. This Hansop base layer with short sleeves and short legs<\/strong> is finished in a subtle cream colour with small dachshunds.<\/p>\n

The print gives the onesie a playful look without making it look childish. This makes this design suitable for both young people and adults who like to wear something other than a plain onesie.<\/p>\n

After all, adapted clothing doesn\u2019t have to be purely practical. Colour, patterns and personal preference can also play a part.<\/p>\n

Comfortable under everyday clothes<\/h3>\n

This short-sleeved jumpsuit is designed to be more fitted than our looser-fitting loungewear and can therefore easily be worn as underwear worn under everyday clothes<\/strong> are used.<\/p>\n

The short sleeves and short legs minimise the amount of extra fabric. Trousers, a T-shirt, a jumper or other items of clothing can easily be worn over the coverall.<\/p>\n

As a result, the functional adjustments remain largely out of sight, allowing the wearer to continue wearing their usual clothes as much as possible.<\/p>\n

A long back zip that is harder to reach<\/h3>\n

The coveralls are fitted with a long zip fastening at the back<\/strong>. Because of this position, it is more difficult for the wearer to fasten it by themselves.<\/p>\n

This can be useful when someone regularly undresses without wanting to, pulls at their clothes or tries to get hold of incontinence products.<\/p>\n

There is a protective flap at the top. This covers the end of the zip and ensures a comfortable finish.<\/p>\n

Soft stretch fabric for everyday comfort<\/h3>\n

This dachshund design is one of our softer standard models. Where extra-strong reinforcement is not required, a supple stretch fabric may be more comfortable for everyday use.<\/p>\n

The fabric moves with the body during walking, sitting, lying down and other everyday activities<\/strong>. This means the coverall can be worn comfortably for longer periods.<\/p>\n

The cropped version is also comfortable in warmer weather and as a base layer under other clothes.<\/p>\n

Various additional options are available<\/h3>\n

At GOZZ, the standard coverall can be further adapted to suit the wearer\u2019s needs and daily care requirements.<\/p>\n

Depending on the version chosen, the following options are available, amongst others:<\/p>\n

  • various sleeve lengths<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • Cordura trim or reinforcement<\/strong> for extra strength;<\/li>\n
  • a additional fastening for nappy changes<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • a customised opening for a tube or stoma<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This means that the same basic version can be adapted to meet any additional functional requirements.<\/p>\n

    When might this coverall be useful?<\/h3>\n

    This coverall can be used for, amongst other things:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • undressing without consent or repeatedly;<\/li>\n
    • foraging behaviour;<\/li>\n
    • seeking access to incontinence products;<\/li>\n
    • lubrication behaviour;<\/li>\n
    • the need for a hard-to-reach back fastening;<\/li>\n
    • need for soft, specially adapted undergarments;<\/li>\n
    • for use during the day or at night;<\/li>\n
    • for use at home, during day care, or within a residential or care setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Which option is most suitable always depends on the individual situation.<\/p>\n

      For different ages and sizes<\/h3>\n

      The coveralls are available from children\u2019s sizes up to and including adult size 5XL<\/strong>. This means that the dachshund print can be chosen by anyone who likes it, regardless of age.<\/p>\n

      To find the right size, please use our size guide Short-sleeved & short-legged coveralls<\/strong>. We look at waist circumference, chest circumference and torso length.<\/p>\n

      The torso length, in particular, is important for a comfortable fit. If you\u2019re unsure between two sizes, it\u2019s best to choose the larger size.<\/p>\n

      A print that suits the person<\/h3>\n

      When it comes to adapted clothing, the focus is often primarily on its practical function. At GOZZ, we believe that the the person behind the care needs<\/strong> is just as important.<\/p>\n

      That\u2019s why, as well as neutral colours, we also offer a range of prints. Some people prefer dark grey or black, whilst others are delighted by flowers, colour or little dachshunds.<\/p>\n

      The functional requirement may be the same, but the person wearing the garment is not.<\/p>\n

      Made in our own workshop in Belgium<\/h3>\n

      This coverall is manufactured in the our own GOZZ workshop in Belgium<\/strong>. This enables us to offer a variety of fabrics, prints and functional features.<\/p>\n

      Deze comfortabele hansop met korte mouwen en korte pijpen<\/strong> is uitgevoerd in een zachte cr\u00e8mekleurige stof met een speelse tekkelprint. Het aansluitende model is geschikt als aangepaste onderkleding en kan zowel afzonderlijk als discreet onder gewone kleding worden gedragen.<\/p>\n

      The full-length back zip<\/strong> is voor de drager moeilijker zelfstandig bereikbaar. Dit kan ondersteuning bieden bij ongewenst uitkleden, plukgedrag of het bereiken van incontinentiemateriaal. Bovenaan wordt de rits netjes afgedekt met een beschermend flapje voor extra draagcomfort.<\/p>\n
