Exchanges will take place on a shared postage basis. That means; you send the article to be exchanged back to Gozz4all at your expense and we will send you a new article at our expense.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shipping costs of the return are at your expense.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a voucher from us for the amount you had purchased for. This means that we do not transfer money back to you but instead you will receive a voucher. This can only be redeemed via e-mail. You send an e-mail to us containing your order and your voucher.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you, the customer, receive a different product than the one you ordered, the cost of returning is for Gozz4all and we will send you the correct item at no cost.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naturally, items must be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains.
